Health Check

If you own a Land Rover and have concerns about the engine or the way it drives then please do get in touch. We know from experience that problems are easier and less costly if spotted earlier.  If it looks or sounds wrong, it probably is. We therefore offer a health check and inspection service for all Land Rover vehicles to best protect with the minimum of expense.

  I'm very grateful to Josh and his team.  I was visiting my parents in the NE in my 110 when the clutch went.  They promptly organised a recovery and thereafter I received clear information on costs and timings and the repairs were completed on time at reasonable cost.  I was even picked up from the station on a Saturday morning so that I could collect the vehicle before a long drive back to Kent.  Friendly, helpful, customer focused and professional.   Great service from very knowledgeable and friendly team. Had my Discovery Sport recovered to stagshaw following a recommendation from the AA technician. Stagshaw diagnosed the electrical fault within 24 hours and the part was ordered, when the part arrived it was promptly fitted and coded to the car and I had the car back swiftly. I don't normally leave reviews but these guys certainly deserve the feedback.  I know that this is similar to other reviews but it my personal experience that I want to share.

  Josh and his team were recommended to me as Landrover specialists when I had an issue with my Discovery Sport. Taking the car in Josh made an initial suggestion (from my poor explanation of the symptoms) that the turbo was failing and that diagnostic checks would confirm the problem. Full diagnostics including Landrover software confirmed suspicions and that the turbo needed to be replaced. Obviously a big and expensive job however Josh gave me the confidence that this would rectify the problem. Gave a timeframe for completing the job and clear explanation of how it would be done. I explained I was going on holiday shortly and needed the car to tow a caravan. Time was very tight but Josh juggled a few things, and the team got the car back to me two days earlier than expected. I received a follow up call to check all was well with the car and that I got away on holiday ok. I thoroughly recommend Stagshaw for their product expertise, diagnostic capabilities and customer service at what was quite a stressful time for me. I now know that they can also carry out servicing to Landrover spec, including updating the online service record.

  Josh, Michael and the Team at Stagshaw are very knowledgeable and provide great customer service. Was wondering where I was going to take my Defender and was more than happy that I came across Stagshaw.
