Taxes and Duties: Prices Include UK VAT unless stated otherwise. Goods shipped within the UK are subject to UK VAT. International customers in most countries have the option to pay customs duties, taxes, and other charges during checkout. However, in a small number of countries where this pre-paid option is unavailable, as well as for non-website manually processed orders, these charges will need to be paid upon arrival in your country.
Payment Methods: We accept wide range of credit and debit cards and Bacs where applicable. All payment options applicable to your country will come up upon checkout. We reserve the right to reject any transaction we believe to be fraudulent.
Delivery Policy
Dispatch: Orders placed before midday are dispatched the next day, subject to stock availability.
Stock Availability: In case of stock shortages, we may experience short delays. We will notify you if we are unable to obtain an item.
Delivery Details: We use a range of carriers for different regions. If you have a preferred carrier for your area please let us know by phone of mail before purchase.

Returns and Warranty
You can return products to Stagshaw Ltd for various reasons. This policy outlines these scenarios and the procedures to follow.
General Return Guidelines

Unwanted Items: Return unused items in original packaging within 30 days of dispatch for a full refund. A 15% surcharge applies to parts not meeting these conditions. Please Note: Non-stocked Genuine Land Rover parts must be returned unopened within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. We would be unable to accept after this timescale.

Carriage Costs: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. For bulky items Stagshaw Ltd can arrange pickups, with charges passed to the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Damaged on Delivery: Items visibly damaged on delivery can be returned for a refund or exchange if signed for as damaged. Notify us immediately upon receipt. Claims for goods signed for in good condition cannot be accepted.

Report Timeframe: Any visible damage in your order must be reported within one week (7 days) of delivery. This allows us to address and rectify the issue promptly.

Quality Issues: Report parts that are not as described within 1 week (7 days). Replacement parts would be dispatched after the original parts are returned.

Incorrect Items: In the rare case of incorrect item dispatch, you must report this within one week (7 days) for a full refund or exchange. We will require photographic evidence of the incorrect item. Replacements would be sent after receiving the returned item.

Missing Items: Report any shortages within one week (7 days). This period allows us to quickly verify the pick note and cross-check our physical stock, ensuring a prompt resolution of any discrepancies

Warranty Returns
All parts supplied by Stagshaw Ltd are covered by a 12-month warranty. Below are the detailed terms and procedures associated with our warranty:

Duration: Parts come with a 12-month warranty, starting from the receipt date by the customer.

Scope: Warranty returns include all parts suspected to be faulty or that have failed upon fitment, as well as those suspected to have failed within the 12-month warranty period.

Coverage: The warranty covers only the item sold. Damage or labour costs are not covered.

Process: Parts returned under warranty are subject to inspection and testing, and will be returned to the supplier/manufacturer for this. The timescale for this process can vary, and sometimes can take a long time. We are not liable for consequential losses.

Investigation Requirement: Due to the complexity of vehicle parts, suspected faults necessitate a thorough investigation. Immediate refunds or replacements are not possible for parts declared faulty without a detailed examination, and it is with the supplier the final decision lies. Faults can arise from various external factors unrelated to the part’s manufacturing quality.
Replacement Policy for Warranty Parts

Faulty Parts: If a part is deemed faulty based on the manufacturer’s assessment, We will replace it free of charge. Alternatively, customers can opt for a refund if they prefer.

Urgency Option: In cases where customers urgently need a replacement, they have the option to purchase a new part while awaiting the decision. If the original part is confirmed as faulty, the part would be refunded against the original payment method
